Who is Nicole?
Nicole is knowledgeable! She has over 35 years of experience in leadership and over 15 years of experience in business, this insight gives her the provision of effective coaching, consulting, and training. She has contracted with and worked for non-profit, small & mid sized companies, and a Fortune 15 Corporation during her career. These experiences enables her to be well versed in her understanding of business operations. The majority of her business experience comes from her 11 year tenure with a leading organization in the telecommunication industry. During these years she excelled in training delivery, instructional development and design, project management, resource management, business analytics, data analysis and reporting.
Nicole is a life-long learner! Her education includes graduating within the top 10% of her high school class of over 250 students, a Bachelors of Arts in Computer Science from Rutgers Newark and New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), and a Master’s in Business Administration from Centenary University. She has two certifications from Rutgers School of Continuing Education in Critical Skills in Project Management and Business Analysis, and she is also a certified Instructional Designer/Developer, Master Trainer, and Technical Trainer from Langevin Learning Services.
Nicole is an overcomer! She had many years experience being lead by undeveloped leaders which reflected negatively in her actions and choices, thankfully she was able to broke free from the grips these experiences had on her life.
Nicole is passionate! She aims to teach leaders how to be Ultimate Leaders personally and professionally by not making the same mistakes she and the leaders in her life made!
Nicole is radical! She actually believes with her whole heart that she can change the world, one person at a time and is determined to do so!
Nicole is solution oriented! She has a natural ability to figure out what is broken, as she is analytical by nature. She discovers solutions for improvement in personal and business circumstances, which is where her title “Success Strategist” derived.
Nicole is transformational! In her past experiences she was not the best leader in her various areas of influence, but she was able to self reflect and adjust on her quest to be an Ultimate Leader.
